It won’t be long until the sights and sounds of February’s NBA All-Star Game in Phoenix began to make their way into the Valley. In fact, fans attending Thursday night’s hope opener against the New Orleans Hornets will already be treated to a sneak peak of what’s to come.
On Wednesday, the NBA All-Star Truck made its way to the US Airways Center, a location it will call home for numerous home games from now up until February’s extravaganza. The vehicle allows fans to interact in a number of different ways and includes a video game arcade, a state-of-the-art video wall and four baskets ranging in height from seven to 10 feet.
The NBA All-Star Truck will also make stops at other locations throughout Phoenix and should be fairly easy for fans to spot. Once the walls to the truck are opened, the vehicle reaches 20’6” in height, 90’ in length and 65’ in width.
